First Jetstar Q300 for FCA

FCA has repainted the first of five Jetstar turboprops that will be used on regional New Zealand routes.

In addition to the new look, with the former QantasLink turboprop will also have an interior refresh to match the Jetstar onboard product.

The aircraft was the first time FCA had applied Mica Basecoat to a full fuselage. Taking advantage of the PPG Basecoat Clearcoat system, we were able tp reduce the turn around time for the full strip and paint down to an industry leading 11 days.

FCA has secured the contract to repaint all five Bombardier Dash 8-300's to be brand into the Jetstar scheme.
