Trainee ASR

(ASR) - Aircraft Surface Refinisher

Full Time (Shift Pattern)

4 days on, 2 days off (0700 - 1800)

Opportunity for Overtime

Location: Townsville

FCA requires individuals to assist in the preperation and surface refinishing duties of aircraft for repainting.

Demostrated experience in the Marine or Automotive industry is preferred
Masking Experience
Surface Preperation Experience
Self motivated and able to work independently within a team oriented envionment
Technically minded or knowledge/experience in process specification/procedures, technical and manufacturer’s instructions and aviation regulations
Good communication skills in English
Good understanding of Safety and Environmental practices
EWP licence (High Risk) preferred
Will need to pass an initial and ongoing drug and alcohol tests
Must clear Federal Police check to obtain and maintain an ASIC
Townsville Based

Inventory Controller

(ICO) - Inventory Control Officer

Part Time (Mon, Wed, Fri)

0700 - 1800

Opportunity for overtime, or for the position to transition to full time.

Location: Townsville

FCA are seeking an individual with stores, facility and inventory experience to manage and support materials & facilities used to repaint aircraft.

Applicants must have the following training, skill or experience:

Physically fit to manually lift items up to 15kg
Great IT knowledge and experience to Microsoft Office, and inventory software
Logistics
- Goods in/out process
- Managing Freight Forwarders
Facilities Maintenance
- Organising Repairs
- General Cleaning
Forklift high risk licence
Manual drivers licence

A full breakdown of requirements will be provided upon application.

Although not required, is an advantage if you have the following skills & licences:

Test & Tag Training & Licence
Air DG Transport Training
CPR & First Aid

FCA can provide this training upon employment.

Employment subject to passing a drug & alcohol test, and acquiring an ASIC (requiring a federal background check).
